At Life with Colours, we take exclusive pride in delighting all our customers. We make every effort to ensure that you are more than pleased with your purchases and hence we maintain a 100% commitment to customer satisfaction. If, for a rare reason, your order arrives to you in a damaged condition, we will take due steps so that the issue is resolved and you are happy with your purchase.
All items must have the original security tag, label and certificate and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by Life with Colours. All such items must be returned within 30-days of the date of purchase to us in original condition. The item must be unused, securely packed [a bubble-padded envelope/rigid cardboard box], bearing adequate postage and a brief explanation of what you require enclosed. No return requests after Thirty (30) days from delivery will be processed.
Custom orders cannot be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
Life with Colours strongly recommends that you get your package insured as we shall not be accountable for product returns that reach us damaged, and will not credit you for these returns. Products returned to us in a regular unpadded packet are almost sure to be damaged by the postal service, so customers are requested to pack the product very carefully.
After the product has duly reached our office and after the satisfactory inspection of the product for its condition and accuracy, we will refund the applicable amount to your account, as necessary.
